SSR is just a case....Implications are very large....It's Operation Clean Up BLOODYwood + Cricket + Drugs Cartel among BLOODYwood, Politicians, Cricketers + Sex Rackets, running in all those 3 AND + MAHA REVENGE. To top it all, all the sections in IPC applicable in this case are bailable, and hence, it was no point arresting Rhea or any big fish.  Hence they brought in ED and NCB  who will proceed only under non-bailable sections. They will be taken into custody immediately after their interrogation by these agencies, who will demand custodial interrogation for very non-assailable  grounds.
